Disney Springs has three new dining options for guests to enjoy:

Jazz Kitchen Coastal Grill & Patio, Beignets Expressed, and Clyde’s Hot Chicken. This
expansion is part of Disneyland Resort’s ongoing efforts to develop real estate outside of its
theme parks. More dining options are expected to be added in the future.

Jazz Kitchen Coastal Grill & Patio is a restaurant that recently underwent renovations to its
interior and exterior spaces. Formerly known as Ralph Brennan’s Jazz Kitchen, it also boasts a
new menu. Newest items include lobster and crawfish sliders, chile-spiced honey glazed grilled
salmon, a grilled open-faced lobster BLT Po-Boy, and Reef & Beef – a dish featuring grilled
shrimp and braised short ribs. One of the standout items is the Gumbo LA-LA!

Beignets Expressed is a quick-service shop that offers a variety of beignet options, which is a
popular dessert originally from the wold famous Mond Cafe in New Orleans. Have some chickory Coffee and find our why the Beignet has been called ‘the devil’s answer to coffee”.

Clyde’s Hot Chicken is a new cart located at Disneyland Monorail’s Disney Spring station.
Guests can enjoy hot Nashville chicken on a stick and choose their preferred “heat level”. It’s
a great option for hungry patrons passing through the area.
